This phase is one of the most exciting, here we scope out the project working closely with the design team to create the clients vision. We assist the client in navigating the various regulatory requirements when entering either a new build, or the renovation of an existing structure.
Working with trusted staff and subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, there will be a formal handover of the project to the client.
Our trusted maintenance division is available to keep your asset as fresh as the day we handed it over to you. We are able to offer electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs from this dedicated team within the group.
